She was a distinguished professor (Murdoch University, Dubai) with a Ph.D. in Education (Emotional Intelligence and Leadership). Her deep understanding of the subject is complemented by a rich 24-year teaching experience in the Middle East, where she has taught and mentored students in coaching institutes, colleges, and universities. A prolific researcher, Dr. Verma's work has been published in numerous international journals and presented at global conferences. She has also served as an Article Editor for Sage publication and a reviewer for multiple international journals.
